Tell Lofy what to remember so you do not have to repeat it. Retrieve it anytime in chat, or review everything in the dashboard.

Good candidates for memory

Stable facts: contact details, sizes, preferences, standing instructions
Reference snippets you paste often (templates, boilerplate)

Important: Sensitive data

Avoid storing highly sensitive secrets (bank PINs, raw government IDs) in any chat assistant. For passwords, prefer a dedicated password manager; if you still choose to store something sensitive, understand it is encrypted in transit and at rest, but human error in chat is still a risk.
